The culprit is the nuts get loose after a while and when they are loose the bolts easily sheer off. All he needed was a new trunion bearing and bolts which we got the next morning. Just a reminder to check these knuckle bolts often! Everyone seemed to have an opinion about the best way to get it turned around. We all decided the best way was just to pull it from the front the way it flipped.
